What is an MCO? An MCO medically manages any claims filed against a company's workers’ compensation policy. MCOs are paid by Ohio BWC with a portion of employer-paid premiums. Every Ohio BWC policy must have one assigned. If you don't recall choosing one, chances are - one was randomly selected for you by BWC.
