You, the employer, can help us more effectively manage the claim by notifying Spooner MAI as soon as a situation like this comes to your attention. In order for Spooner MAI to be effective in medically managing your claims, it is important that we are made aware of any issues relating to your injured worker's return to work. It is also very important that the actual return to work date be provided, even if the injured worker missed less than 7 days. This is a requirement of the BWC and is necessary to accurately track lost days from work.
